With over 20 years of military and government industry experience, Dave has launched and managed businesses and government programs worth over a combined value of $2 Billion dollars. Dave’s greatest pride is his family. He has a strong love for fishing and college football, enjoys traveling and rebuilding classic automobiles. He values relationships that have been developed by handshakes of integrity. He believes the most rewarding work he has performed is through regular involvement supporting Veteran focused charities.

Prior to joining GRG Chris was General Manager of SecureUSA; a Betafence Company under management of CVC Capital Partners, a private equity firm with approximately US $111 billion in secured commitments since inception. Chris was recruited specifically to turnaround and quickly position the newly acquired company as part of a larger key strategic initiative. Chris accomplished this goal by leading his team to quickly a win a multi-million-dollar perimeter security defense contract and significantly increasing the earnings his second year. This set up the organization for growth that allowed them to successfully transition the company from Atlanta, GA to Sunrise, Fl.
Prior to SecureUSA, Chris held executive positions at Jankel Tactical Systems, LLC. and Indigen Armor. Both companies we manufaturers of armored vehicles and other tactical product solutions. At both Jankel Tactical Systems and Indigen Armor, Chris applied his ability to assemble high performing and innovative teams while leading rapid facility expansions to accommodate growth and aggressive go-to-market strategies.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and is working to complete his Masters of Business Administration w/ Specialization: Organizational Leadership from Ashford university. Ed Marshall brings over thirty years of experience spanning government, business, non- profits, and higher education. He has managed large and complex projects, providing strategic planning, market research, financial expertise, and new program development. Building on his work in government relations and special projects, Marshall is networked in Africa and Europe, with a clear sense of market dynamics and entry points.
Ed started his career in The White House and later served as a liaison at the U.S. Department of Labor to Congress, other Federal departments, industry, the press and the public. While in Washington, DC, he developed an extensive legislative and regulatory knowledge of tax, labor and employment issues. Marshall was the Director of Tax and Fiscal Affairs at the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), where he met regularly with and communicated information to Members of Congress, their staff, senior political and governmental officials and the press. He has written magazine and newsletter articles, Congressional and regulatory testimony, background issue briefs, and industry statements on a range of government related topics.
Since 2006, he has built a portfolio of work in renewable energy and sustainable development, principally solar and battery electric programs. He has started and helped manage several successful businesses and was an initial consultant to DD DANNAR, LLC in the company’s formative years. Dave Taylor has over thirty years of executive experience in diverse operating environments from military to academia to industry with a consistent record leading successful teams and exceeding goals. He has a wealth of experience in business intelligence, technology development, fiscal and program management, leadership, training, and problem solving.
Dave provides advice and consulting services to companies with disruptive technologies and services interested in increasing market share in Federal Agencies and supporting the Warfighter. His clients focus on technology areas such as augmented reality, electronics, armor, vehicle electrification, autonomous systems, vehicle integration, mobility, modeling and simulation, radars, counter UAS ,active protection systems, software engineering, cyber security, artificial intelligence, electronic warfare, countermine, route clearance, and additive manufacturing.
Mr. Taylor joined forces with the GRG team after 6 years as a Department of the Army Civilian where he served as the Chief of Staff of U.S. Army, Tank and Automotive Research, Development, and Engineering Center from 2013-2016 and the Director, Planning, Programming and Operations. U.S. Army, Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems from 2011-2013. Mr. Taylor is also a retired U.S. Army Colonel who served in multiple operational and command and staff positions over a 24-year career in Infantry, Armor, and Space/Information Operations.
Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Citadel and a Master’s degree from Harvard University. He is Level III certified in Program Management, possesses a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is certified as a DoD Chief Information Officer.
