This is service is for businesses or organizations that would like an outsider view. Typically the client has identified a possible problem, concern, or potential path and would like some general expert advise on what a solution would look like or what a planned approach would be.
This activity's fee is pre-paid. Fee includes any required travel or necessary accommodations; as well as a discounted half-day service rate.
Project Based Consulting
Our Project Based Consulting model is based on an accelerated process designed to meet a specific short-term or near target objective. This is usually a special project or task that requires leveraging the appropriate subject matter expertise for a short duration. This type of service is generally charged at an hourly rate or as a one-time fixed fee.
Program or Product Based Business Development Lifecycle
Our Program or Product Based Business Development Lifecycle model is a turn-key service that retains the teams support, resources, and efforts to empower an organization to remain dedicated and focused through the complete identification, pursuit, capture, proposal, and negotiation processes for multiple secured programs or sales. This type of service is a dedicated resource for the life of the service contract that features yearly goals and objectives and is performed under a retainer based fee.
Turn-Key Growth Planning and Execution (GP&E)
The Turn-Key GP&E Model is a long-term multi-faceted scope approach that is developed with the organization's leadership team to either embed within the organization's current 3-5 year strategic plan as a dedicated enabler and force multiplier.
In the case that a 3-5 year strategic plan does not exist or needs to change directions, GRG will bring in our Strategic Advisory Group to guide and assist with the planning process. Once the plan is in place we will stand up an implementation and execution team to achieve the desired results.
In many scenarios it is best to do an assessment of where the company is currently, the organization's culture and management effectiveness, and to establish the path the organization believes it is on.
The Turn-Key GP&E Model requires a long-term contract that is milestone based and typically runs for at least 3 years.
